Scholarship Forms
If your child needs a scholarship for any program or convention, download the following form and return it to Youth Director Lara Greenberg via email (usy@shearith.org) or mail (9401 Douglas Ave, Dallas, TX 75225). All scholarship forms must be received by the convention application deadline.
