Permission Forms and Releases
Regional Convention: June 6-9 in Austin, TX!
All 8-12 graders are invited to join us for Regional Convention at the Airport Hilton in Austin, TX! The theme of the convention is Keep SWUSY Weird.
Applications are due May 25 and the cost of the convention is $315 not including the cost of transportation. Scholarship money is available (please fill out scholarship form below.) Please turn in your application to Youth Director Mara Minsberg by email at
mminsberg@shearith.org, by fax at (214) 939-7390, or by mail to Attn: Mara Minsberg Congregation Shearith Israel; 9401 Douglas Ave; Dallas, TX 75225. Checks payable to Congregation Shearith Israel.

If your child needs a scholarship for any program or convention, download the following form and return it to Youth Director Mara Minsberg via email (
